TofascoSM is a growing company with roots in various industries, including recreational furniture (Mac Sports®, Mac Beach & PatioSM, Mac Kid's StuffTM), home décor (Mac at HomeTM), mobile electronics (NextarTM), automobile parts—both OEM and aftermarket (Mac AutomotiveTM), pet supplies (Mac PetsTM) and others.
Today, Tofasco enjoys business relations with the Who's Who of retailers, including Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart/Sears, Sam's, Costco, Carrefour, Metro, IKEA, AutoZone, GM and many others.
Tofasco is also a company whose network of contacts and strategic partnerships allow it access to significant financial, marketing, logistical, product development and manufacturing resources and capabilities that span much of the globe (see: Why Tofasco). However, we feel the power of human will to get a job done and do it well, and the ability to bridge the divide between a North American and European market and a Chinese manufacturing base, is most responsible for our success and growth. This is what we have always been, and what we will continue to represent.

BREAKTHROUGH |
Tofasco was initially involved in trading wicker baskets and decorative items. Our real break came when we had the fortune to "stumble" into recreational furniture and the quad folding chair—or more specifically "the chair in a bag". What no more than eight years ago was a niche sporting goods category with one or two items has become a major bellwether category that exceeds $400,000,000 at wholesale cost annually, stretches from sporting goods to food & drug and even to department stores and home décor, and with a multitude of items, functions and fashions. Tofasco has been part and parcel to this growth and journey.
The key ingredients then, like all of our future successes, was the PASSION and energy to understand, anticipate and fulfill market demands and the ability to BRIDGE the divide with a Chinese manufacturing base. |

LOOKING AHEAD |

Tofasco has continued to grow and extend beyond recreational furniture into the various other aforementioned businesses. Growing commensurately with this expansion was Tofasco's resources. Our contracts and strategic partnerships allow us access to various manufacturing facilities with production skills ranging form cut and sew, plastic injection, blow molding, powder coating, metal and tube fabrication, aluminum smelting, extrusion and anodization, and more. Tofasco also has access to an extensive logistics and warehousing network that extends throughout China into North America and Europe.

OUR KEY INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS |
Again, via our extensive network of contacts and strategic partnerships, Tofasco maintains access to sales and administrative talent. While Tofasco's businesses appear to be varied and vastly different and its financial, marketing, logistics and manufacturing resources far flung, the key ingredients which constitute our value are cohesive—PASSION: the will to get it done, and BRIDGE: the ability to marry North American and European market needs and Chinese manufacturing abilities.
